It began as a simple question: what happens when we treat light as a teacher?
Developed through years of research, art, and healing practice, Light Literacy™ bridges the worlds of science, symbolism, and somatic awareness. Each spectrum of colour becomes a mirror, helping us understand how our emotions, thoughts, and energy patterns form part of a greater language of light.
Founded by artist and author Lara Light, the work now extends into courses, sessions, and creative tools that help individuals and practitioners reconnect with their innate clarity, vitality, and sense of purpose.
